Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be modified or cancelled only until the shipment confirmation email or SMS is sent. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order moves into the exchange/after-sales process.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact the Elixir support team immediately with your order number:

Cancellations are processed on a first-come basis while the order is still in processing.

If Elixir Cancels

If Elixir cancels an order after payment has been processed, you will receive an email notification. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns/Exchanges Overview

No Returns, Only Exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds. Eligible orders may be exchanged for another size or product, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging (including boxes) must be intact and undamaged.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in the Return/Refund Policy.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged on delivery:

  • Opened cosmetics
  • Used/opened skincare products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked non-returnable or final sale

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Do not use or open the item further. Upon verification, Elixir will provide a replacement or refund.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms or the Return & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
